    Managing Director

    As an editor who has worked in many facilities throughout the world, Dave custom built Two Dogs Post to meet not just industry standards, but aimed to make it a world-class facility capable of on time on budget delivery without compromise.

    Dave understands post production from the inside out. He knows the importance of deadlines having spent the bulk of his working life meeting them, and to date has never missed one! As an editor he thrived under pressure and brings the same cool head to delivering the shows that come through this facility.

    FUN FACT: Dave owns two dogs called Pumpkin & Bear

  • Basia A'Hern

    Post Producer

    Basia’s career started in front of the camera, taking her overseas for several years in the US. 

    Eager to try her hand behind the scenes. Basia moved through various fields of the entertainment industry working on stage shows, events and in broadcast media buying, before returning to Sydney where she has worked as a Producer and Coordinator in the advertising space.

    Basia will be your first point of contact at Two Dogs and will take care of your bookings, cost reports and manage your project right through until delivery.

    FUN FACT: Basia is seriously committed to her craft and has adopted TV as her biggest hobby outside of work.

  • Paul Merrington

    Technical Post Supervisor

    Paul has spent the last 30 years in post production as an offline editor, online editor, compositor, Quantel Harry operator, Quantel Henry operator, and is an expert in Flame, Flint, After Effects, Avid, and FCP. 

    He has designed and overseen the post production process of some of the biggest studios in the USA, including Warner Bros, Sony, and Warner Premier.

    FUN FACT: Paul has just recently moved with his family from South Africa to Sydney

  • Emily Selby

    Post Production Supervisor
    Emily hails over fifteen years experience in television Post-Production, both in Australia and the UK. 
    For the past seven years she has worked as an Online Editor and Colourist in Sydney and has extensive experience in Reality and Factual television programs.

    Emily is highly experienced in developing and managing post workflows and collaborated on creating the offline multicam workflow widely used across Australia and the UK. Emily will plan your project’s workflows and will expertly manage each part of the delivery process from a technical level.

    FUN FACT: Emily is a Burlesque Dancer and goes by the stage name Ginger Foxx!  
  • Nick Keate

    Dubbing Mixer/Sound Technician
    Starting his career in the U.K, Nick wasted no time moving from runner to engineer due to his all-round technical background. Since then he has held a diverse range of positions in both sound, video, QC and tech in some of the larger post facilities in London. 
     
    Nick joined Two Dogs in 2016 and works behind the scenes as a highly skilled technical specialist.
     
    FUN FACT: Nick is classically trained in a number of musical instruments and enjoys making music and playing records in his spare time. 
  • Tim Ware

    Online Assistant
    Tim began his career as a Runner and Production Assistant in TVC’s.  He studied editing at AFTRS and landed his first major job on Masterchef Australia as a Data Wrangler and Assistant Editor.
     
    Tim will take care of your project’s media and prepare it for Online / Grade and Audio, delivery and archiving.  He’s also a friendly face around the building when you need a technical hand.

    FUN FACT:  Tim’s a keen lover of coffee and whisky. Not usually together. Time of day is not important

    Entertainment Co-ordinator & Security Manager

    Freddie began his Post-Production career at 10 weeks old. Since then he has been spotted in many of Sydney’s top Post Facilities, mainly in the kitchen around lunchtime…. 

    FUN FACT: Freddie’s favourite food is chicken and he loves long walks on the beach
